One evening, sitting at the living room table, a man looks at the documents spread out before him: an insurance policy, a bank statement, two different quotes. The more he reads, the more a sense of frustration grows. Every advisor says something different. Every product seems to be “the right one.” But one question lingers in the air:

“Who can I really trust?”

Santo Serrao began to witness this scene far too often when he entered the world of wealth planning in 2012. He met intelligent, hardworking people trapped in a system made up of fragmented information and mediocre products.

Over the years, the value Santo has brought to people has not just been a number at the bottom of a page, but the truth. His growth has been driven by an obsession: transforming wealth management from a mental burden into a conscious choice.

After a solid executive career in a prestigious Swiss insurance company, in 2018 he founded Loyal Group together with Theo. A natural step to elevate his commitment to the client, which has always defined his professional path, bringing it into a dimension of full independence and transparency.

Born in Lugano in 1991, Santo brings into his work the same discipline he learned in the ring, having practiced boxing since childhood. His energy is reflected in a dynamic lifestyle, divided between a passion for motors, sports, and dedication to new projects. A solidity that is also evident in his private life: he has been with the same partner for 18 years and is accompanied by his three inseparable Yorkshire terriers.

The architecture of a strategy that works for you.

In 2013, when Theo Crestani entered the wealth management sector, he quickly noticed a paradox: almost everyone has financial products, but almost no one has an overall vision.

There are those who have accumulated investments over time like pieces of a puzzle that never fit together. The result is disorder: instruments that exist on paper, but do not communicate with each other and, above all, do not protect a person’s life projects. Theo understood that a portfolio without a strategy is like a house without foundations: it may look solid, but it shakes at the first wind.

For this reason, he developed an approach based on rigor and harmony: fewer isolated products, more tailor-made wealth planning. Together with Santo, in 2018, he founded Loyal Group with the idea that every franc must have a precise mission. The steady growth over these years is not the result of chance, but of consistency: we have never sold promises, we have built structures.

This dedication to method is something Theo also cultivates outside the office. A lover of the mountains and endurance sports such as running and cycling, he knows well that major goals are achieved through preparation and the ability to look far ahead.

A life philosophy he applies with the same consistency in his closest relationships: he has been with his partner since 2016 and is inseparable from his Amstaff, a symbol of the loyalty he brings into every collaboration.
